My jsa experience thus far
On the chapter level, I have previously served as my school's expansion agent. with this position, i was able to help expand my chapter size from about 30 in 2014 to 90 in 2016. this position required me to COLLABORATE with both my school administration and my executive chapter board. with my fellow chapter leaders, i was able to change the atmosphere of jsa in my school from a less ENTHUSIASTIC group of people to an immensely passionate family. |
2015-2016
In the 2015-2016 year, i served as a NJR chapter internal affairs agent. This POSITION allowed me to COLLABORATE with several chapter presidents to organize and manage chapter affairs of all sorts. this includes activism INITIATIVES, summer school promotion, fundraising, administrative affairs, convention and conference organization and expansion. my time serving as a CIA has taught me what makes a strong and stable chapter as well as how to effectively facilitate communication between chapter and cabinet leadership.
